Do you want to help Arizona schools, clubs, music programs, sport teams, churches and other groups raise some dough? We are looking for Butter Braid pastry and Wooden Spoon cookie dough super-fans to join our team!

Enthusiasm about our products and services, a casual/professional appearance (no suits in this office!), and ability to communicate well with our group leaders is a must for both positions. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and communicate professionally via phone, email and in-person is essential. Experience with MS Office products and the ability to catch on to our user-friendly software is also required.

Seasonal Delivery Drivers:

Seasonal deliveries of frozen pastries and/or cookie dough to our groups.

Must be able to drive/reverse a truck and freezer trailer. Our drivers set their own schedules choosing from routes we provide, mainly Monday-Friday. Most often they come to the office to pick up a vehicle/trailer and route information, drive to our freezer storage facility to load carts for each stop, then head out to various schools, sports fields, etc. where they unload the cart(s) for each group and help volunteers sort the order by participant (a super streamlined process where each stop generally takes 30-60 minutes). The individual pastry and cookie dough boxes are small and light, but loaded up on a cart requires some strength pushing them up and down our trailer ramps and through school hallways, etc. Flexibility is important as we do have groups that occasionally need to reschedule, shortening or lengthening the route for the day. Drivers are a very important step in our process as their job is to make the delivery as easy as possible for our group leaders, who are most often teachers, coaches and volunteers. Shifts can be as short as 3 hours and as long as 12 hours, but you choose what works best for you from our available routes! We are in most need of help between September and December and between February and April, so if you have extra time on your hands during those months and like the sound of driving around delivering frozen goodness, we'd love to hear from you! Seasonal drivers start at $20/hour during training with the opportunity for increased pay quickly based on availability during our busy season and ability to work independently.
